Project Description
There are 17 breeds amongst 21 chickens at Axe Edge Green Farm. All of them are free range egg laying hens of various ages. Here are some of the breeds we have:

Our hens provide us with wonderfully tasting eggs of a wide variety shell colours. The taste of their eggs is simply superb. Here is why:

- they are allowed to do what all healthy hens love doing: having soil baths, basking in the sun and pecking to their hearts’ content…
