What a wonderful place to spend a holiday! A week is far too short to enjoy the beautiful countryside and the local area. Agnieszka and Ian have been so helpful in so many ways – from helping us with our mechanical problems and passing on their knowledge of the area, to including our 3 dogs in their ‘pack’. This really is a dog (and people) friendly establishment!!! We will certainly be back – next time, hopefully, for longer than a week.

Thank you Agnieszka and Ian for providing such an amazing cottage. Your welcome and kindness have made our stay so relaxing. We have loved our holiday at Axe Edge and we would like to return in the future. Thank you for the home-baked cake, it was yummy.

This is our 2nd visit, we love it so much here. Agnieszka and Ian – your warmth, generosity and attention to detail (as well as the stunning location) make it a really great place to stay. We have enjoyed so many breathtakingly beautiful walks in different dales this time and are so sad to have to leave.

What a wonderful place to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary! Thank you for a lovely week. My assistance dog loves your farm, playing with your dog and being able to run free. The accommodation is perfect and well-situated for days out. Our recommended days out for other wheelchair users are:
Monsail Trail park at Millers Dale and go towards Cheedale), Tissington Trail (park at Parsley Hay and go to Hartington).

We have had the best time ever and been thoroughly spoilt with your beautiful accommodation. The views are spectacular, the fire was a delight, the facilities ‘home from home’ and more. We were celebrating my mum’s 75th birthday and my husband and myself’s 32nd wedding anniversary, so the fabulous cake made by yourself Agnieszka was truly appreciated and so moorish. Thank you so much for everything.
